COVID-19 Information

Due to COVID-19, our office has adopted new policies in order to follow Governor Andy Beshear and the guidelines set forth by the Kentucky Dental Association. Here are a few things to take note of:

  • We will be seeing far fewer patients per day than we typically do. We ask that only the patient come in the office and for parents to wait in the car. If you have a child under 10, feel free to accompany them if needed. If a parent does come in with their child, we ask that you please wear a mask into our office.
  • In our Frankfort office, we ask that you park your car and call the office at
502-223-1656 to let us know you have arrived. We will let you know when we are ready for you to come in. As you arrive, you may be asked to drive around to the back of our office to enter that way. We will be utilizing both of our entrances in an effort to have all of our patients have zero contact with each other and to allow us plenty of time to thoroughly clean our doors and dental chairs in between patients.
  • In the Lawrenceburg office, we ask that you park and call the office at
502-839-9855 to let us know you have arrived. We will let you know when we are ready for you. Please note, we will only be allowing one patient in at a time because it is such a small office. Please do not enter the office until we have let you know we are ready for you.
  • Upon arrival, staff members will be screening all patients. Anyone presenting with a fever will be asked to leave. There will be no waiting in our waiting room/area at either office location. If you are not feeling well the day of your appointment, we ask that you please reschedule.
  • Our office schedule is a little different. We are typically open Monday through Thursday, but we will add on Fridays until we have caught up and seen all of our current patients. We will also spend all day on Wednesday in our Lawrenceburg office until we have caught up.
  • If you are uncomfortable coming to the office at this time due to COVID-19, that is perfectly fine. Just let us know and we will wait to schedule you until you are comfortable.

As you can see, we are taking extra measures in order to ensure your safety during this time. We ask that you please be patient as we work diligently to get everyone scheduled in the weeks to come. We promise we will get everyone in as soon as we can, but getting back on a regular schedule will take time because we are seeing so fewer patients per day than we usually do. Thank you so much for your patience, and we look forward to seeing you in the office in the weeks to come!
